Chris is the president of Leadership Alive, Inc.® He is a skilled motivational keynote speaker, author of five books, small business entrepreneur who has started four businesses, university business professor, and an executive life and leadership coach. He also serves as the Director of MBA programs in the College of Business at George Fox University in Portland, Oregon. In 2012 he received the “Graduate Teacher of the Year Award.” Chris speaks regularly at conferences and training events and travels throughout the United States. He brings an energizing and insightful perspective into developing healthy leaders, teams, and organizations.
Chris holds a PhD from the University of Idaho in Adult & Organizational Learning with a concentration in Leadership. He has two Master’s degrees (one in Leadership & Management) and a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Organizational Leadership.
Chris accelerates growth in leaders, galvanizes work teams together, and helps organizations dial in their focus and effectiveness through his experience and skill as a motivational speaker, leadership trainer, and author.
Chris is also the founding pastor of Grace Chapel where he served for 18 years as the lead pastor. He has been married to his wife, Mary, for close to 25 years, and they have three adult children.
